Refund policy
If you’re not totally happy with your new RoostWorks chicken coop within 30 days of delivery and feel it’s not as described or have problems with it, we offer a full refund of the purchase price. All we ask is that you pay half of the return postage.
To return an item, please contact us first via phone or email.
Then before collection of your chicken coop, for biosecurity reasons, please can you also wash the coop fully inside and out with hot soapy water.
